Our coaching is designed for runners who are committed to improving. Be that running form, recovering from past injuries, or setting and achieving ambitious running goals. Whether you’re training for your first half marathon, or an ultramarathon, we’re here to support you.

With our video analysis element, you’ll upload a recording of yourself running. We’ll assess your form and provide detailed feedback with specific recommendations to improve your efficiency and reduce the risk of injury.
How do I access the training plans?
All training plans are delivered through TrainingPeaks, an online platform and app that allows you to view your workouts, track progress, and receive feedback from your coach.
We offer a free consultation where we’ll discuss your goals, challenges, and how we can support your journey. This gives you a chance to experience our approach before deciding.
